I hope you all had a great Single’s Awareness Day on the 14th! I studied for a philosophy exam for the 15th, so I didn’t do too much in the fun department, but hey, I’m single, so I enjoyed the day off and the day being single!
But let’s dive into what happened this past week on WWE television. I think two things, two big things happened, on WWE TV this past week. [1] Shawn Michaels and Triple H lost the Unified Tag Team Titles to the Show-Miz (Big Show and the Miz – that’s awesome!) and [2] Chris Jericho defeated World Heavyweight Champion the Undertaker, cleanly, with the Code Breaker! Let me break up the two and offer up my opinion of the programming that was aired on our television sets.
[1] Shawn Michaels and Triple H lost the Unified Tag Team Titles to the Show-Miz. I am excited of that because I’m starting to lose respect more and more for Triple H as the years go along and I am more knowledgeable about the business of professional wrestling. And I gave my thoughts many of times before, but I feel that Chris Jericho is being held down because Triple H “doesn’t see any talent” in him.
[2] Chris Jericho defeating the Undertaker on Smackdown with the Code Breaker! You guys should know if you’re a regular reader of my blogs/articles, that I am thrilled to report this news! I feel, honestly, tying in with what I just listed above, I feel that Michaels would screw the Undertaker out of the World Heavyweight Title at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, and would drop the title to Chris Jericho, and he would walk into WrestleMania as World Heavyweight Champion! Would I love that? Darn right!
But this is Eric Darsie from Minnesota, wishing I could spend more time here with this article, but needing to go back to studying for my test, goodbye!
