“Monster” by Skillet is the official theme song for WWE’s next pay-per-view, WWE Hell in a Cell. The concept of this pay-per-view is having three Hell in a Cell matches. I am surprised that Skillet is having one of their newest songs as a pay-per-view theme song because Skillet is a Christian Rock band, and how McMahon “claimed his own religion” several years ago against Shawn Michaels. But like normal, I’m here to give my predictions and preview for this pay-per-view.
World Heavyweight Championship Hell in a Cell Match
CM Punk (Champion) versus the Undertaker
Prediction: the Undertaker, the new World Heavyweight Champion.
WWE Championship Hell in a Cell Match
John Cena (Champion) versus Randy Orton
A match that I am interested on seeing, because Cena has never been in a Hell in a Cell match, and Orton has only been in one before. And this is a type of match that these two never faced each other in. Honestly, I don’t care for this feud. I am sick and tired of seeing John Cena and Randy Orton as champion . But if they are trying to one-up their match from Breaking Point, from the sources I heard that it would be hard to top because the “I-Quit” match was great. Honestly, I don’t think they can top that match. But we’ll have to wait till Sunday to see.
Prediction: John Cena, reigning WWE Champion.
Tag Team Hell in a Cell Match
D-Generation X versus Legacy
A feud that I am looking forward to seeing the next match in the series is this match, DX and Legacy inside the Cell. A feud that I am happy for, like I’ve said in the last two other pay-per-view previews is this match, now inside the Hell in a Cell. Honestly, I can see this being the last match of the feud. Why can I see this happening? Maybe having D-Generation X will take a run after the Unified Tag titles?
Prediction: Shawn Michaels and Triple H, D-Generation X.
Unified Tag Team Championship Hell in a Cell Match
Chris Jericho and Big Show (Champions) versus Batista and Rey Mysterio
One thing the WWE has been doing right is keeping the Unified Tag straps on the Big Show and Chris Jericho. Why? The reason is because the tag titles and the tag division are starting to build up by keeping the titles on the Big Show and Chris Jericho. Honestly, putting the titles on Batista and Mysterio would be cool, but I wouldn’t want to see it. The reasoning is because I would love to see this feud to go longer than three weeks.
To be dead honest, I am not too excited for this pay-per-view. All these gimmick pay-per-views are getting too much for me. And I am a hardcore fan on loving my professional wrestling, but all these gimmick pay-per-views is too much. But this is Eric Darsie from Minnesota, goodbye.
