The Undertaker Returns To WWE Action

The Undertaker is back! The Dead Man returned to WWE action making a rare house show appearance in Waco, Texas on Saturday night quelling any doubt about whether or not The Undertaker will wrestle at WrestleMania 29.

Plans appear to have been in the works for a couple of weeks regarding The Undertaker’s return. It all started two weeks ago when The Undertaker was photographed at a hockey game in the same town as RAW. It was later reported that The Undertaker had a top secret with Vince McMahon somewhere during that weekend.

The Undertaker returned to team with Sheamus to take on Damien Sandow and Wade Barrett. There are a ton of pictures and videos online of his return, although I would imagine most would be taken down at some point due to copyright.

The WWE actually promoted the story on their Twitter account. They broke the story by uploading a video of his entrance on Tout which you can see below. As you can see The Undertaker looks to be in decent shape but looks very old if you ask me. Most reports indicate he looked good in the ring.

This would also stop a ton of speculation over the last seven days that the WrestleMania 29 main-event would be changed to a Triple Threat Match. John Cena vs. CM Punk will headline RAW Monday with the winner wrestling The Rock at Mania. My hunch is that they are having the match to give Cena his win back over Punk and send him to Mania strong. It is also a pretty good bet that something will spark The Undertaker-Punk angle which could wind up being the Dead Man himself.

WrestleMania wouldn’t have been the same without The Undertaker. He has had a career rebirth of sorts over the last few years at Mania and has set a very high standard with his last few matches. I wouldn’t expect anything less this year if the planned Punk match is the way it goes.
