The Dudley Boyz are a tag team that will have a home at the WWE Hall of Fame.The WWE has benefited from the Dudley Boyz fetish for tables by putting on several memorable tag team tables matches over the years.

In this upcoming match against the defending Tag Team Champions The New Day, the Dudley Boyz will look to find a way to introduce tables into the match in order to gain an advantage over the reigning champions.

Dudleyz Get a Rematch

Although the Dudleyz were unable to get a win against The New Day in their first meeting at Night of Champions, the Dudleyz were successful in getting a rematch against the champions at WWE Hell in a Cell. Could this be the Dudley Boyz time to shine in the WWE once again?

The Dudley Boyz haven’t held the WWE Tag Team Championships in well over a decade. In this match against The New Day, the Dudleys have the opportunity to bring the titles back to Dudleyville. It seems like the Dudley Boyz are back in the WWE for the foreseeable future.

Will it Be 3 on 2?

The New Day has shown that they will do anything in order retain their tag team championships. With The New Day consisting of Big E, Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston, New Day could always use their trombone playing third wheel to their advantage when the Dudleys are outside of the ring. Stephanie McMahon ordered this rematch between the Dudleys and New Day. Could Stephanie McMahon get her wish by punishing The New Day for their recent misdeeds?

The Dudleys Have a Legit Shot at Winning Tag Team Gold

If the Dudleys were just “passing through” the WWE, it’s likely that the Dudleys would have come and gone by now. The Dudleys have continued to feud against The New Day, giving the boys from Dudleyville a reason to stick around in the WWE. Perhaps the Dudleys have something to prove, given the fact that they are on track to win Tag Team Gold.

If anyone can beat The New Day, the Dudleys would be the prime candidates for being able to pull off the feat. The Dudley Boyz are as rough, tough and hardcore as they come, given their roots in ECW. The Dudley Boyz can take the tag team division of the WWE back to its roots, with tables, ladders and chairs. When the Dudleys were in their heyday back in the early 2000s, the Dudleys would frequently introduce these objects into the ring against legendary competitors such as the Hardy Boys and the APA.

With the Dudleys having set their sights on the Tag Team Championships, it is hard to fathom a scenario where they don’t walk away with the belts around their waists. The Dudley Boyz could introduce a new attitude into the WWE, as shown by the way they wrestle their matches. The Dudley Boyz teamwork will likely prevail over The New Day at WWE Hell in a Cell.
