Bobby Lashley vs. Bob Sapp Fight Video

Former WWE superstar Bobby Lashley had the biggest test of his young MMA career over the weekend. Former K-1 Grand Prix champion and fellow ex-pro wrestler Bob Sapp was next in line for Lashley. See what happens when the undefeated WrestleMania star takes on the former IWGP champion at Ultimate Chaos.

Assuming you have watched the fight, the victory was undoubtedly impressive for Lashley. Lashley is now 4-0 in his short career. In my opinion, Sapp looked out of shape coming into the fight and probably didn’t take the fight seriously. Getting a tap out via ground and pound was huge for Lashely who just dominated Sapp.

I love the progression of Lashley’s career. He is very cautious and is slowly increasing the quality of his opponents. There was a lot of talk that Lashley would enter this season’s The Ultimate Fighter. Since it is rare for UFC to do heavyweights on the show, I doubt he will have another opportunity in the near future. With a few more wins like this, he may be ready to bypass the show and step right into the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
