Welterweight Tournament Final (Main Event):
Karl “Psycho” Amoussou vs. Bryan “The Beast” Baker
Bryan Baker’s stats: 18-3-0
Karl Amoussou’s stats: 15-4-2
Predictions:
The Main Event is the reunion of Karl “Psycho” Amoussou and Bryan “The Beast” Baker. Amoussou is coming off of a win against Chris Lozano and David Rickels. Amoussou considers this to be one of the biggest fights of his career, and can practically taste the belt he wants to rip out of Ben Basker’s hands. Bryan Baker, on the other hand, “wants to make this a professional fight” and “just put on the best show possible for the fans.”(bellator.com) If Baker wins, this will be his first Bellator title.

Welterweight Feature Fight

Rudy Bears vs. Paul Daley-
Rudy Bears’ stats: 14-10-0
Paul Daley’s stats: 29-12-2
Prediction: Daley since he has many more matches and wins under his belt.

Light-heavyweight tourney semifinal:
Emanuel Newton vs. Attila Vegh –
Emanuel Newton’s stats: 18-6-0
Attila Vegh’s stats: 26-4-2
“Right now I’m thinking about the whole tournament and who my next opponent will be. That’s what I’m focused on.” – Vegh on Bellator 72
Prediction: Personally, I think that since Emanuel Newton’s reach is farther than Vegh’s, it may put him at an advantage. Tapology.com seems to think otherwise, with 69% lead and a predicted win due to decision.

Light Heavyweight Semifinal:

Tim Carpenter vs. Travis Wiuff
Tim Carpenter’s stats: 9-1-0
Travis Wiuff’s stats: 67-14-0
Prediction: Wiuff obviously has much more experience than Carpenter, and I think it will be a big advantage to him.

Welterweight Feature Fight:

Waachiim Spiritwolf vs. Marius Zaromskis (second rematch)
Waachiim Spiritwolf’s stats: 9-10-1
Marius Zaromskis’s stats: 17-6-1
Waachiim Spiritwolf is ready for his third time in the cage with Marius Zaromskis. When it comes to fighting, what Spiritwolf lacks in popularity, he makes up for in style. The first time these two fighters got into the cage there was a controversial TKO win for Zaromskis after a ringside doctor determined Spiritwolf’s gash above his eye was too deep for him to continue.
Predictions: Spiritwolf wins by TKO in round 2

Catchweight Feature Fight at 178 lbs.:
Ben “Mr. Unbreakable” Saunders vs. Brian Warren
Ben Saunders’ stats: 13-5-2
Brian Warren’s stats: 18-15-1
This fight will be a semifinal-round finish. Four of Saunders’ fights have been stopped because of Saunders causing the fight to be stopped in the first round. A win would be really important to Warren’s record since he has yet to make an impact against the fighters who are higher up on the food chain.
Predictions: Warren by TKO
