It has been alleged that the 47-year-old actor has had sexual communication with a minor explicitly. The Los Angeles police department has registered the case and is investigating accordingly.

The whole incident apparently began on April 6th when a warrant was executed against Joseph. The news broke in when Joseph Gatt issued a clarification statement on his official Twitter and Instagram handle. In the statement, Joseph denied all the allegations and charges framed against him. He stated that “I clearly want to respond to the horrific and entirely false claims made against me recently.”

He further added that “They are simply incorrect and irresponsible. I’ve verified that today’s press release contains inaccuracies and misleading information. To get to the bottom of this, I’m totally collaborating with cops and the LAPD. I’m looking forward to putting my good name back on the map.”

Thank you to all of my friends and supporters who are aware that this is untrue and realize that I am unable to respond further on social media due to legal concerns, Gatt concluded. Contact with a Minor for a Sexual Offense is a huge crime under California Penal Code. The LAPD requested the public to report “any suspected inappropriate interaction with a youngster or knowledge of child sexual abuse material on the Internet,” according to the statement.
